On request parceline will visit your place of work or home by simply placing the faulty XDA in a secure security box the box will be sealed and you be given a receipt, the box will be taken through our repair centre, once ready for dispatch you will be contacted and the box with the XDA returned. The security cable removed in front of you delivering your unit back to you in full working order.

If you submit to our whilst you wait or drop off service facility you have access to free customer parking for the duration of your stay.
